Clear Planet welcomes pitches that make an environmental subject easier to understand by examining its material details, processes, or design choices. Send proposals through the Contact page; unsolicited finished articles are not a substitute for a pitch.
What we want to read
We are interested in focused, evergreen explanations across materials, energy, water, waste, and climate concepts. A strong idea starts with a precise question, has a clear reader in mind, and shows why the subject matters beyond a passing headline.
A useful pitch
Tell us the proposed angle, the central question, the likely shape of the piece, and why you are suited to work on it. Note the kinds of sources or examples you would consult. Do not present unsupported claims as established fact or promise access to research or confidential material.
How to send it
Use the Contact page and choose the editorial question option, then make clear that your message is a pitch. We cannot promise to accept every proposal, and we may ask for a narrower angle before considering a full draft.
